Fire Hydrant & Sprinkler Systems

The backbone of fixed fire protection for buildings and industrial plants. A hydrant system delivers pressurised water at landing valves throughout the premises; automatic sprinklers detect heat and discharge directly over the fire — often controlling it before the fire brigade arrives.

System 02

Water / Foam Spray Systems (Deluge)

High-hazard assets — transformers, fuel tanks, chemical process areas — need more than sprinklers. Deluge systems use open nozzles fed by a deluge valve: on detection, the entire protected zone is drenched simultaneously with water or foam.

  • Medium-velocity water spray (MVWS) for structures, cable galleries and vessels
  • Foam spray and foam pourer systems for flammable-liquid storage

Gaseous Fire Suppression Systems

Where water would destroy what it saves — server rooms, data centres, electrical panel rooms, archives — gaseous suppression extinguishes fire without residue or water damage.

  • Clean-agent systems — FM-200 (HFC-227ea), Novec 1230 and similar: fast, people-safe at design concentration, zero residue
  • Inert gas systems — nitrogen / argon blends that suppress by oxygen reduction

Fire Alarm & Detection Systems

Early detection is the difference between an incident and a disaster. We design and install both conventional and addressable fire alarm systems sized to your building.

Public Address & Voice Evacuation

In an emergency, clear voice instruction moves people faster and more safely than sirens alone. We install PA and voice-evacuation systems — amplifiers, zoned speakers and emergency paging — integrated with the fire alarm so announcements trigger automatically or by operator control.

CCTV & Access Control

Fire safety and security belong to the same plan. We supply and install surveillance and access systems designed to work with — not against — your evacuation strategy.

  • Access control — card, PIN and biometric entry for restricted areas, with fail-safe release on fire-alarm activation so escape routes are never locked

Fire system questions, answered

What is the difference between a wet riser and a down-comer system?
A wet riser is a permanently charged vertical main kept pressurised by the building's fire pumps, feeding landing valves on every floor for firefighting in taller buildings. A down-comer is fed from a terrace-level tank and provides water at landing valves by gravity with a terrace booster pump, used where a full pressurised riser is not mandated. The right choice depends on building height and occupancy under the National Building Code.
Conventional or addressable fire alarm — which does my building need?
Conventional panels group devices into zones and suit smaller premises where locating a fire to a zone is enough. Addressable panels identify each device individually, so the exact device in alarm or fault is known instantly — preferable for large, complex or multi-storey sites. We size the choice to your building's area, layout and code category.
What is a deluge or high-velocity water spray system used for?
Deluge systems use open nozzles that discharge over an entire protected zone at once, triggered by a separate detection system. High-velocity water spray protects oil-filled equipment such as transformers; medium-velocity spray and foam protect structures and flammable-liquid storage where ordinary sprinklers are not sufficient.
FM-200 or Novec 1230 — which clean agent should I choose?
Both are people-safe, residue-free clean agents suited to server rooms, panel rooms and archives. FM-200 is long-established and space-efficient; Novec 1230 has a very low environmental impact and a large safety margin. Selection depends on room volume, environmental policy and cost — we assess room integrity and hazard before recommending one.
