  • Hydrant, sprinkler, water-spray and foam systems — pressure tests, pump trials, valve servicing
  • Fire alarm systems (conventional & addressable) — detector testing and panel health checks
  • Gaseous suppression — cylinder weight/pressure checks and actuation testing
  • Fire-extinguisher refilling, hydro-testing and replacement
  • CCTV and access-control system servicing
  • Service records maintained for audits, insurers and fire-authority inspections

Service 03

Fire Safety Training

Equipment doesn't fight fires — trained people do. Fire safety training is a specialised job delivered by our experienced professionals, with scope tailored to your site and staff.

  • Classroom training — classes of fire, causes, prevention and response procedure
  • Practical sessions — live handling of extinguishers and hose lines
  • Mock fire drills — raising the alarm, evacuation, life-saving operations and equipment operation
  • Training for security staff, fire wardens, plant operators and residents

Service 04

Fire Safety Audit & Compliance

A fire audit is a point-in-time check of your premises and systems against the applicable code, producing a documented report of gaps and the corrective actions to close them — exactly what fire authorities and insurers ask to see.

  • Fire safety compliance audit across Mumbai and Maharashtra, mapped to NBC and the Maharashtra Fire Prevention & Life Safety Measures rules
  • Fire audit report with prioritised findings, photographs and remedial recommendations
  • Pre-audit readiness checks before a fire-authority inspection or NOC renewal
  • Insurer and corporate-EHS compliance reviews

FAQ

Common questions

What is the difference between a fire audit and an AMC?
A fire audit is a point-in-time assessment that checks your premises and systems against code and reports the gaps; an AMC is an ongoing contract that maintains and tests those systems on a schedule. Many clients start with an audit, then place the corrective work and the systems under AMC.
Do I need a fire NOC consultant?
If you are constructing, altering or licensing a building, the fire authority requires documentation and a compliant system before it issues or renews a No Objection Certificate. A consultant prepares the drawings, calculations and certification and coordinates with the authority — which is part of our design and consultancy service.
What documents are typically needed for a fire NOC in Maharashtra?
Generally, building and fire-system drawings, hydraulic calculations, equipment and installation certificates, and certification from a licensed fire agency — with the exact set depending on building type and the current Maharashtra Fire Prevention & Life Safety Measures rules. We confirm the checklist for your specific project and prepare the submission.
